Divorced: Christian Fundamentalism

Rick is a graduate of Bob Jones University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible. He recently completed a Master of Arts degree in worship from Northern Seminary. After twenty years of leading worship in churches, Rick embarked on a season of spiritual healing where he learned to face his wounds and discover the wonders he had long been suppressing. His journey led him off the stage and drew him home. As a freelance writer, he is also a stay-at-home father of five children and produces music under the artist name Provoke Wonder. Rick’s soon-to-be-released children’s book is called What If? Today, we discuss the surprising start to Rick’s journey away from his religious roots and how his life has changed as a result.
